The UK Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) has been very successful since it was introduced on 28 January 2002.Unlike sponsored skilled workers (who are covered by tier 2 of the points-based system), you do not need a job offer to apply under the highly skilled worker category.

  • a Tier 1 visa application requires no sponsors and is based on the applicant successfully achieving a points threshold of 75.

  • As a specialist immigration consultancy helping clients to relocate to destinations all over the world, International Immigration consultants are well versed in points based immigration systems and are fully equipped to help businesses and individuals to navigate points based UK visa services.

  • Our specialist immigration lawyers provide expert advice for those migrating to the UK and we provide a complete range of immigration compliance services to ensure that businesses are granted a license to sponsor the professionals they need.

  • Visit our Tier 1 visa assessment form now to find out whether you qualify and to begin your application.
